We reserve the right to refuse your order in any form. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel the number of purchased products.
Booking
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successful. You can check the status of your order anytimeby logging into your account.
Payment Option
We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Bank transfers are only available through BCA and Mandiri. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please check the final amount before confirming payment as we do not refund any payment.
Payment Confirmation
Kindly please do confirmation after making payment so we can process your order immediately.
Order Process Time
Orders will be processed maximum 2 days at the latest after receiving your payment confirmation.
Shipment
We reserve the right to use any delivery service to ship your order. We use JNE's expedition service as our partner. For JNE Reguler, orders will be delivered within 3 days.
Replacement
We will send the replacement of goods if the received product is not suitable or damaged. Complaints must be received within 1 (one) week from the delivery date. If the complaint is approved, we will send replacement items immediately. For unapproved complaint, you may send back to our office at your expense. If the error is on our side, then we will send the replacement item at no cost.
Redemption & Refund
We do not accept redemptions and returns, and we do not refund the cost to your account
